Who is Annette?

Hi, it’s an honor to have you drop by and I'm delighted to welcome you here. My name is Annette.

I have been in the Natural and Spiritual Healing Arts for about 30 years.

It all began with a health challenge I had, and as the Dr.'s could not solve the problem, I became a seeker.

I found the Natural Healing Arts and when it worked, I changed my profession from Corporate to "Chartered Herbalist/Iridologist & Wholistic Nutrition.

From there the Path of Purpose has been a journey of many modalities in Healing.

I have consulted, coached, guided and trained in the Natural Healing Arts field and love the vastness of it all, and especially seeing others heal and thrive!

On a personal note, I am known as a country/farm girl. I grew up on the cold Saskatchewan Prairies on an old fashioned farm.

Unfortunately for me, we moved to the city when I was in grade 1.

You know the saying:

"You can take the girl out of the country, but you can't take the "country out of the girl".

Country life is rooted within me.

Lucky for me, I did move back to the country when I married, and was able to raise my children in a small town, country living environment with chickens, dogs, cats and horses.

Currently my Passion revolves around serving and assisting the "ISEE'S".

This is a book I have in the works and a term I use to describe the:

Indigo's

Sensitive

Empaths &

Energy.

Being a Sensitive/ Empath myself, and then learning about Indigos through my children, has lead me on a fun wild goose chase.

Understanding these Sensitive Beings and how to help them with their"Sacred Gift", is very rewarding.

I provide Intuitive & Practical Guidance sessions to help Sensitives and their families understand how to live as a sensitive, and how they are "not sissy' and not required to "suck it up".

They are here for a purpose, and that is to help humanity shift into more compassionate loving humans, while honoring themselves and their Sacred Gift.

Being an empath myself, I speak from experience, which is my greatest asset in assisting others.

I am known as an "energy mover and groover", and a teacher/guide to help you trust your Intuition and understand you emotions.

We can learn to be Energy Detectives ...and have more fun and joy once we get the hang of what is actually going on.

Providing an Intuitive Coaching from Spirit session, can heal and bring peace of mind and a lightness in your heart.

I work quickly, never waste time, and can put many of your fears to rest.

I use a Coaching from Spirit intentions model, and my own empath abilities to sense your energy, to help guide you to your own "inner realizations".

I may use Divination cards such as Mother Mary, and the Angel cards if that feels Light for you.

So, whether it’s your career, life transitions or seeking better health, the insights will give you, your "next practical step".

Your concerns are my priority, together we delve into the stuck and yuck , whether it's anxiousness or overwhelm, together we move through the challenge into a positive action step that creates a welcome "shift in how you feel".

As a devoted Natural and Spiritual Health Coach , every session will bring more light-hearted joy, a calmness, and quite often... laughter, which is one of lifes great medicines.
